Join us for private lessons that solely focus on strengthening & lengthening your muscles. I use a variety of techniques stemming primarily from classical dance training, resistance training and unique stretching methods to help you improve your dance skills. All lessons are held in our state of the art facility. Any tools utilized throughout your session are provided.
All lessons are 30 or 45 minutes in length to best serve your dance needs.
Feel free to provide with any additional information regarding your goals before your first lesson. (example: injury recovery, improving core stretch, improving specific dance skills)
